Our exclusive 3-course sharing menu begins with a selection of canapés, followed by sharing-style entrées featuring hiramasa kingfish crudo and heirloom tomatoes with stracciatella.
The feast continues with mains including pumpkin and ricotta raviolo and charcoal-grilled Murray cod, before finishing on a sweet note with choux au craquelin, rhubarb compote and honey and fig ice cream.
