Easter at Home (Pick up)

If your ideal Easter is a long table at home with family and good food to share, let e’cco bistro take care of the cooking.

Philip Johnson and Head Chef Caua Melo have prepared a special Easter menu designed to be enjoyed at home — thoughtfully packed and ready to warm, finish and serve in your own kitchen.

Everything is cooked in our kitchen and finished by you with simple instructions.

Menu $115pp (minimum 4 people)

Entrée

– Artisan sourdough baguette, French butter, black ash salt
– Potato gnocchi, mushroom ragu, parmesan crisp
– Yellowfin tuna crudo, ponzu, rainbow seaweed
– Prawn brioche rolls, herb mayonnaise, pickled shallot

Main | Shared

– Slow-braised lamb shoulder, mint crushed peas, chimichurri
– Baked river trout, tabbouleh, labneh, pomegranate seeds

Sides

– Twice-cooked duck fat potatoes
– Maple-roasted baby carrots, hazelnut dukkah

Dessert

– Hot cross bun tiramisu

Pickup

Available for pickup Saturday between 10am and 12 noon.

Other pickup times may be available upon request.

How It Works

Pickup is from the restaurant — simply warm, and serve.
