Philip Johnson and Head Chef Caua Melo have prepared a refined Christmas menu for you to take home — thoughtfully packed, with everything ready to warm, finish, and serve in your own kitchen.

Menu $110pp (min 4 people)

Entrée

– Sourdough baguette, French butter, black ash salt
– Pan-seared gnocchi, brown butter, crispy sage, toasted pine nuts
– Glazed Christmas ham, spiced fruit relish
– Lobster brioche rolls, herb mayonnaise, pickled shallot

Main

– Slow-cooked lamb shoulder, rosemary jus
– Whole baked salmon, lemon, dill & caper butter

Sides

– Twice-cooked duck fat potatoes, salsa verde
– Maple-roasted carrots, pomegranate, hazelnut dukkah

Dessert

– Seasonal berry trifle with lemon curd, toasted hazelnuts & Frangelico cream

Pickup

Available for pickup on Tuesday 23 December, between 10am and 12.30pm.
