Melbourne Cup is set to ignite racing fever across the nation, and embody our love of high fashion, good food, and fine wine. Philip Johnson and head chef Simon Palmer have curated a menu that features the same contemporary style and creative flair of e’cco bistro with an Asian twist, taking inspiration from the thrill and excitement of what is arguably Australia’s biggest and most renowned event.

For only $189pp, you’ll enjoy a premium three-hour food and beverage package including an Asian-inspired banquet, Louis Roederer Champagne, premium wine and beer + the race live on the big screens.

Ladies and gents will enjoy Moreton Bay bugs with sambal matah, a five-spiced pork belly with rice noodle and black bean sauce, and enticing desserts like banana sago with peanut praline and palm sugar honeycomb.

A Melbourne Cup staple, Fashions off the Field will be set to impress with thousands of dollars in prizes up for grabs, with one lucky winner set to walk away with a weekend-away which includes a luxury vehicle for two nights thanks to our friends at Brisbane BMW.  Guests can place their bets on sweepstakes, and for those that fail to pick-a-winner, there will be lucky door prizes to keep spirits high.
