Introducing e’cco’s first ever Vegan event! Join us on Saturday, 21st March when we unveil a very special, one off bespoke menu of tantalising Vegan dishes by head chef Antoine Potier, as part of Vegan Week at Haven Newstead.
Allow us to take you on a journey of flavours with a holistic and exciting Vegan menu, free of animal product.

+ First Course – Beetroot Tartare, kimchi, burnt macadamia oil, shiso
+ Second Course – Twelve Hour Slow Roasted Celeriac, oyster mushrooms, apple miso emulsion
