Get ready for a new kind of Sunday morning workout!

Please join bestselling author, speaker and hope masseuse Cynthia Morton, with co-hosts e’cco bistro owners, Philip Johnson and Mary Randles to a Sunday Brunch series for ‘women and men who do too much, do brunch!’

Enjoy a delicious ecco brunch whilst being emotionally nourished and learn how to build and sustain emotional fitness for only $35 per head.

On the final Sunday morning of each month Emotional Fitness Brunch Sessions topics will include:

Who is Cynthia Morton?

Since 1995 Cynthia’s work in the field of Emotional Fitness as a bestselling Hope Masseuse, Author and Speaker and has earned a multitude of national awards.

Her authentic approach has been recognized with The Pride of Australia Medal, The Prime Ministers Award of Excellence, An Australian of the Year Award (local hero category Qld.) Award of Distinction for Services to Humanity (from The Australian Medical Assoc. of Qld.)

A Helping Hand with Life her first book released in 2000 became a top ten bestseller.  Cynthia’s second book Emotional Fitness (co-authored by Dr. Timothy Sharp) was published by Finch publishers in 2004 and is still a steady seller over a decade later.  Her third book is due to be released October 2016.
