Mother's Day Lunch

Mother’s Day – a day to celebrate everything that is great about our mums! And what better way to spoil her than with a three-course lunch at Philip Johnsons’ e’cco bistro. The whole family will be transported to culinary heaven with a choice of seared scallops, green pea and spinach risotto, lamb loin, and chicken supreme, as well as an open pavlova and pear torte.

Your beautiful Mum will also receive a champagne cocktail on arrival, and a copy of Philip’s ‘Eating In’ cookbook to take home.

Our menu for the day is a three course special, with 2 choices for each course.

green pea + spinach risotto, sugar snaps & crisp serrano ham
seared scallops, spiced cauliflower, golden raisins + apple

Lamb loin, scorched tomatoes, sumac croutons, persian fetta
sugar snaps & olives spiced chicken supreme green beans, roast onions & tarragon pan sauce

with sides of:

green salad, radish + house vinaigrette
green beans, almonds, white anchovies + lemon
duck fat roast potatoes, crème fraîche + kale

pear tarte tartin, burnt butter ice cream & pistachio praline
open pavlova, pineapple curd, passionfruit sorbet + berries
