Philip Johnson and head chef Simon Palmer have carefully designed a stunning three course choice menu which mum will love this Mother’s Day! This menu boasts an unmatched array of beautiful and seasonal Queensland produce.

For your appetiser, you’ll enjoy our local spanner crab dumpling with ginger and ponzu before moving onto a heavenly dish of local yellowfin tuna with beetroot, harissa, kefir milk and chive oil, or perhaps melt-in-the-mouth forty hour short rib served with cashew aioli and confit carrot.

Desserts like coffee and dark chocolate ganache fig, macadamia and cherry sorbet are sure to surprise and delight in the most wonderful way.

Two sittings available – 12pm and 2.30pm.
