Join us for a sensational journey through one of the greatest regions of the world as we pair 13 wines from some of Bordeaux’s most prestigious Chateaux with four courses prepared by e’cco bistro.

Menu

-       Venison carpaccio, reggiano, fennel and salted chocolate oil.

-       Lamb cutlets, warm quinoa, Dutch carrots, artichokes, pomegranate and beetroot purée.

-       Slow-cooked beef short rib, carrot purée, roast onions, chestnuts, horseradish and spinach.

-       Marcel petite comté, crisp breads, quince paste, pear and honey.
