This Easter at e’cco, we will be dishing up a truly delicious three course shared lunch.

Treat friends and family to Philip Johnson’s Easter menu which includes an amazing fennel + chilli risotto, moreton bay bugs, whole-crusted salmon, slow-cooked lamb shoulder and desserts.

STARTERS:

fennel + chilli risotto, moreton bay bugs + preserved lemon.
rannoch farm quail, rocket, grapes, reggiano + la tapia.

MAINS:

Whole-salt crusted salmon.
Slow-cooked lamb shoulder + white russian kale.

w’ roast duck fat potatoes, chard + garlic.
green beans, almonds, white anchovies + lemon.

DESSERT:

open pavlova, pineapple curd, passionfruit sorbet + berries.
hazelnut ice cream sandwich, salted caramel + raspberry sorbet.
